Hypnotherapy and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy are each proven to be effective and long-lasting psychotherapeutic approaches in their own right.

I use scientifically validated techniques and combine Hypnotherapy with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy to offer a powerful and unique approach to help you feel better as quickly as possible and achieve change at the deepest levels. I will collaborate with them to design a treatment plan tailored around their own individual needs and specific challenges rather than taking size fits all approach. I gain great satisfaction from enabling my clients to find their solutions and providing them with the tools and skills to become their own best therapists.
